We want all our guests to enjoy a safe, comfortable, and relaxing stay. To keep things running smoothly and respectful for our neighbors, please note that parties and events are strictly prohibited at this vacation rental and that house rules must be followed and that the property is for registered guests only and that should this policy be violated that it will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of all payments and guests will be asked to leave the property.  Additional penalty fee (amount to be determined by host) may be charged to cover any fines to the guest.
